Meet The team

Brian Adkins

Is the Director of DMV Senior Transition . He brings with him knowledge and compassion to assisting families and their loved ones. He has been a licensed Realtor for over 25 years and brings experience of validating homes and care facilities. Brian has assisted in the creation and implementation of assisted living facilities in the Howard County and Carrol County areas of Maryland. He is currently working with other owner operators to bring new care facilities to the market in Prince George's and Anne Arundel Counties.
